RCAI SELLS PRODUCTS TO COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS ONLY.

You can set up an account with RCAI by credit application, cash, credit card payment or wire transfer. After your order has been placed, you will be given an account number to use for future orders.

Payments are to be made to RCAI in US Dollars by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express or wire transfer.

Customer is responsible for freight charges and any applicable import/export duties tariffs or value added taxes.

RCAI uses Federal Express and United Parcel Service for all ground, next day, second day, third day and international economy or express shipments. Should you have a freight forwarding company you want to use, please provide us with the contact name, company name, address, phone and fax numbers.

Standard orders received domestically before 3:45 p.m. ET and international orders received before 3:15 p.m. ET will ship the same day. All orders received after these times will ship the next business day.
