Features a tubular lateral "J" buttress to maintain proper alignment of the patella, preventing lateral subluxation and dislocation. Two laterally attached straps are pulled medially for customized patellar control; one steel and one flexible hinge are positioned in the medial and lateral sides of the brace. Made of a breathable, latex-free neoprene.
