Return & Warranty Policies

Simple, clear, and responsive guidelines for freight, warranty, returns, and exchanges.

Freight

The customer is responsible for all freight charges associated.

Warranty
  • Soft goods material warranty: 10 days
  • Shell and hard materials limited warranty: 30 days (excludes wear & tear)
Product Return Authorization (RMA)
  • Drop ship / direct order return requests: within 10 days of invoice date.
  • Distribution/warehouse return requests: within 10 days of invoice date.
  • Prior authorization is required.
  • RMA number must be displayed on the shipping label/package.
  • Returns without RMA will be refused.
  • All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • RMA valid for 5 days from issue date.

Defective Product Return Authorization (DRMA)
  • Prior authorization required.
  • DRMA number must be displayed on the shipping label/package.
  • Valid for 10 days from issue date.
  • No credit issued for defective/broken products — repair or replacement only if manufacturing error.
  • If urgent, a new product will be shipped & billed with a new PO #.
  • Repair: Replacement ships at no charge if defect confirmed.
  • Replacement: If irreparable, full replacement shipped at no charge.
the Exchange Authorization

Item exchanges are processed as a return of the incorrect item plus a new sales order for the correct item.
