Freight
The customer is responsible for all freight charges associated.
Warranty
- Soft goods material warranty: 10 days
- Shell and hard materials limited warranty: 30 days (excludes wear & tear)
Product Return Authorization (RMA)
- Drop ship / direct order return requests: within 10 days of invoice date.
- Distribution/warehouse return requests: within 10 days of invoice date.
- Prior authorization is required.
- RMA number must be displayed on the shipping label/package.
- Returns without RMA will be refused.
- All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- RMA valid for 5 days from issue date.

Defective Product Return Authorization (DRMA)
- Prior authorization required.
- DRMA number must be displayed on the shipping label/package.
- Valid for 10 days from issue date.
- No credit issued for defective/broken products — repair or replacement only if manufacturing error.
- If urgent, a new product will be shipped & billed with a new PO #.

Item exchanges are processed as a return of the incorrect item plus a new sales order for the correct item.
